Algae control with Aquashade or Crystal Blue
I have a three acre pond, 8′ deep. I am using Aquashade for algae control, but the cost is too high. Is your ‘Crystal Blue’ as effective for about 1/2 price? What’s the recipe?

Please email a price quote for a heat exchanger. Cooling water ports need to be 1-1/4? NPT. Cooling water is chlorinated swimming pool water at 55 to 75 degrees F. Cooling water flow rate is 40 to 50 GPM. Hot water side ports need to be 1? to 1-1/4? NPT. Heat water side flow rate is 15 GPM at 125 to 135 degrees F. The hot water outlet temperature needs to be 95 degrees or less. Heat load is 52,000 BTU/HR.
Many of the private water wells in the area have sufficient hydrogen sulfide to be objectionable in potable water. Do you know of anyone providing a vessel utilizing the Sweetwater medium that could be inserted into such a system and effectively remove the HS at a economically feasible cost for individual homeowner?
I just purchased a orp meter and probe from you. On the probe I unscrewed the white cap that had the fluid in it, rinsed the probe with dechlorinated water, and put it in my pond. Is that correct? I didn’t need to remove anything else did I? I so far have a reading of 243 and it has been in for a day.
Need an algaecide for earth pond with carp, domestic waterfowl, and auquatic plants, ie water lilies, flowering rushes. Pond is also used as secondary source of water for livestock, farm animals. Aprox. 75′x150′ surface area, 2′-8′depth. Blue or black color not a problem. Prefer 1 gallon containers.
I have purchased some of your ClorAmX and I do not understand the directions. I am using a quart bottle, with distilled water, how many scoops of ClorAmX should I put in for the treatment of 1000 gals?
My garden pond has a pH of probably less than 5 (maybe 4 - 4.5, but I have no way of measuring the pH to be sure). Are there special pumps made to withstand this acidity? The 210gph PeakTop DD210 submersible pump I was using has seized up and I suspect that low pH was responsible.
Ihave a koi pond (9000 gallon) with green water. What do you recommend to solve this problem. I want to have cristal clear water. Thank you.
I have a 3000gal pond with filters waterfalls and fish, there is no algea on the rocks around the pond just some on the falls, but my water looks green, If I take a glass container full of water from the pond it looks real clear, but I can not see the bottom, what could be wrong when testing my ph is high
I have a pond about 50′ across in all directions. I have tried letting baitfish in there with no avail. They dissapear. I think the only thin alive in this pond is some waterbugs and snakes. How could I make this pond a healthy environment for large game fish or catfish? Also I would like to have a fountain spraying as much of the surface as possibble. Not just for a nice view but as a good agitator of the surface to create oxygen for thw fish. While I’m on the subject, what particular products would you recommend I use to maximize aeration. I know lowering the temp to around 70 degrees would allow more oxygen saturation than a water temp around 85 or 90 degrees would. Thanks for your time.
